Acupuncturist, Jaigi_T, Age 51, 7DW Level 1 cleansing, Testimonial-Cooler and Calmer.

Hello everybody,

The 7DW cleanse has made more of a mental impact or difference, surprisingly, for me. I feel a lot cooler and calmer than I used to do. I am not easily flushed generally or wet on my back if and when I am in a hurry. I feel my nerves have calmed down. I am also getting a lot more things done during the day. I am in possession of more available energy than before. I sleep better, i.e. less hours and more quality sleep. I wake up earlier in the morning feeling rested and frsh. My body feels lighter. I am in fact, very importantly, less depressed.

I believe I must be rid of approximately 10-15 pounds of old droppings from my intestines. I was amazed at the volume of droppings emitted twice daily every day during the week on a fruit juice fast.

My reservations about doing this program were not so much present beforehand. I thought that if this was a program where many people were participating, it had to be good to be in existence. I was not mistaken. I think it is a good program. What did surprise me is the amount of work needed to be done to complete the program. However I found I had the energy to complete the last days with greater vigour than the first days of the program. Day 2 was the toughest for me. The 7DW cleanse is a full-time job and should not be combined with outside work or other commitments. I did this diligently and I am happy that I pulled through. It was worth it.

I am also surprised by the sharing of other people along the way. It did in fact mean a lot to read others' comments and support to me along the way. Some of the sharings came from the other side of the globe. I was after alone in my apartment doing this with no one to talk to about the particulars.

I have changed my eating routines to include a lot more fruit juices and salads every day. In fact I feel almost as if I have become a salad junkie with my big bowl every afternoon after work.

A thich yellow coating on my tongue, indicative of Damp Heat in my body, is gone!

Again my health has improved. The lifting of mood to a higher level is paramount, being I suffered a depressing low during the last four years. I am hoping more changes will follow when I continue with the other levels.

Wow - awesome, Jaigi.

The toxins (and impacted fecal matter) you eliminated during this cleanse are truly pre-requisites to the beauty and grace of a clean body.

I acknowledge your clear commitment to your greater health and appreciate your warm support on the boards.

Great job!

That's it right there, isn't it. That's what separates this wonderful, unique little virtual community we have here from all the other fasting programs out there. Not to disrespect what others are doing; but here we all surely feel blessed to have such an irreplaceable group of friends, well-wishers and like-minded companions for support at a time when things can be simultaneously exciting and intimidating. Not to mention the reactions we often get from the people we know in real life.

Jaigi, you keep on going with this path and the group here becomes an indispensible part of your life. True, very few of us ever meet up in the flesh--although it happens--but the community here is real nonetheless, and can become a real source of joy and comfort in your daily life. I hope you'll stick around for more.

Rick

Jaigi, it is wonderfull to read you have come so far. Also to know you have not felt alone although in your immediate circle you were-fantastic.

May you feel, your peace will come from within.

Dawn, Richard & Mia,

Thank you for responding. Will try to follow up on all of this. All the reading and sharing in the Forum does present itself as an immediate obstacle for me, I must confess. The difficulty lies therein that after a day at the clinic I am less drawn to reading a lot of other people's sharings. I cannot read without thinking problem solving. And at the end of the day I've had my day's full already and find myself in dire need of absence from any and all problem solving of health issues. If I can manage to find a form in which sharing can be done without becoming a burden, I will try to follow up on this. So far my active participation has been a bit restrained. Jos-hua points his index finger and calls a lack of response egotism somewhere in his general paragraphs. But there is another side of this for me; namely the protection of some space of privacy.

Jaigi_T.

Hahahahaha

Glad you enjoyed but am surprised that you were surprised... the ordering page http://www.hps-online.com/home/order.htm at the website says it clearly:

"HPS cleansing is NOT cleansing with a DVD, a book, a kit and manual staring at the walls trying to figure out what's next, but rather real people, real victory, REAL STEP-BY-STEP guided ONLINE cleansing.

Lets make one thing clear...there is nothing exotic or esoteric here. There is no magic here.

There is no BS like "buy these" herbal supplements or "all you need is this home colonic equipment" and you're cleansing, you'll get all the benefits of cleansing. None of that type of misrepresentation here.

This HPS Cleansing is down to earth health care that requires effort, study, actions and time from you."

Thanks for confirming all that Jaigi! hahahahhahaa

When one is cool and calm, life becomes a whole lot more humourous, doesn't it? Lighter too. Cool and calm is good for physical health, and good for our minds too... it allows us to stay concentrated on our actions, without getting tired out.

You have a lot going on at the clinic, so please make sure you rest up after that. You know what you need to do... once all that is taken care of please find the time to stay active at our HPS forums, helping yourself and helping others... only do that once all the other things in your life that need taking care of are taken care... how's that sound? Executable? I guess so.

Be well cleansing friend, I'm looking forward to your post-cleansing journeys and of course to your level 2... that will be an important milestone. I wish I could say the end of the journey, but I can't... just an important milestone.

Peace,
