Hello newcomers,

If you have doubts about whether this program is too much for you or doubtful as to whether it will work for you, as I certainly did when embarking on this journey (I thought it was too much all of it and wanted strongly not to start or to stop once I had started), then rest assured you will experience greater change in your body and mood status than you can imagine possible in the best corners of your mind at this point in time.

My physical form has improved so much since having done Level 2 and 3. I am out and about doing sports with a tenacity I was not prepared for. It is 30 years since last I did these sports. Both this winter doing skiing and this summer on bicycle has left me astonished as to what good form and shape I am in from no training whatsoever, but from diligently following the HPS-online program.

Also, and even more importently, my mood has lifted on to a permanent high, with a previous depression gone because of the detox processes I have accomplished. I sleep better, I wake up more easily, I feeel better, I look better, I am much more content. All of which I attribute to having gotten rid of a lot of waste that burdened and held me down.

I am hoping for you that you will see this process through to completion.
