To my cleansing friends and all considering this program,

It has been almost 2 weeks since I have completed my level 1 cleanse. It is an experience that I treasure and plan to repeat as soon as I can.

I originally was interested because of a family history of colon cancer, an ongoing weight battle and a desire to undo some of the damage that my carnivorous lifestyle may have caused.

At 52, I was becoming concerned with the amount of prescription drugs I was taking (at my last physical I had to go “over if more space is required” when listing them – I took this as a bad sign.) Since menopause, my energy level had been lower, my 8-9 hours of sleep generally supplemented by an afternoon nap. I had been accepting this as a natural result of aging – along with the stiff joints, lack of focus, forgetfulness, etc. I figured there had to be a better approach.

I believe, for me, I have found it.

The process itself was really simple. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. The community of fellow cleansers is amazing. You are always in contact with people who have been where you are, are just where you are, or will be where you are. No question goes unanswered, no concern goes unresolved. Because of this, I was able to completely trust the process, this program and the benefits have been phenomenal.

I had always thought of myself as a happy person, but sometimes wondered if it was really me or the 2 prescription antidepressants I had been taking for 10 years. It was really me. I don’t need them. Same goes for the little purple pill. I just don’t need it. And I am confident, for the first time ever, that I can responsibly eliminate most, if not all, of the other prescriptions I have been taking to address my symptoms, because I believe I have been given the means to get to the cause.

As far as the other tangible benefits. I feel more like I used to. I wake up and get up, no naps desired or required to go through my day. I feel lighter and it’s more than the 5 pounds. There is a spring in my step (I notice because I choose to walk more.) My skin is clear and more radiant than I recall in years. I have a desire to eat less, and more healthful foods. I can walk through a bakery section, appreciate the wonderful smells and have no desire to eat the stuff. I feel more “here” than I have in a long time. I notice more. The little aches are becoming a memory.

If it all seems like an enormous pay-off for 7 days of consciously eating really good food and then 7 days of cleansing it’s because it is. I was originally hopeful though skeptical. Today, I am grateful and excited about tomorrow. I think I’ve found my answer. I hope you all find yours.

Hey Karen, glad to see this testimonial up, and also that you're seeing so much benefit already 2 weeks out from the formal. As has been said already, it's best to get off those meds when you can, so it's doubly encouraging that even now after just a single fast you've been able to put so much of it away--and I'm sure you'll get the rest of it soon!

BTW Karen, you dont want to repeat it as that will just be threading water.... you want to progess into new areas of cleansing, new horizons, new experiences, new knowledge, more wisdom and more self confidence... .

Repeating level 1 will not give that to you, thats just threading water, but rather, at the appropriate time you will want to move into ADVANCED CLEANSING, into level 2, 3 and 4... that is the way to get a handle on your health for a lifetime and enjoy good vibrant health until the day your die.
