Hello everyone. Just wanted to share some details about my successful 7 Day Wonder Freedom Level 1 cleanse.

I actually hesitated for quite a long time before purchasing the Level 1 cleanse.

I really questioned whether the procedures recommended by HPS were really necessary.

I just thought that since nobody I ever talked to heard of cleansing the HPS way, I was wasting my time and should look for something easier and more mainstream like a bottle of pills and some fiber. I was also really worried about how anyone could go on for 7 days without eating and wasn't too thrilled about that aspect of the program since I had never fasted before.

Well I am here today to tell you that I was totally wrong.

The way the program is structured with reading material available prior to your formal cleanse and the consistent online support through strategically timed emails really makes you feel that you are not alone and someone is always by your side helping you along the way.

I must say that the consistent support of other experienced online cleansers and the ability to visit and navigate the cleansing forum whenever I wanted was extremely helpful and very encouraging.

Not once did I feel hungry during my pre-cleanse or formal cleanse. I was just so totally astonished at what was being eliminated daily from my digestive system and constantly wondering how long this junk had been trapped within me, that as each day passed I became more and more focused on getting all that damn poison out of my body! Day by day as more crap was eliminated I began to understand that this was the only way to properly and safely remove all that toxic junk from my intestines. The thought that a person could just take some pills and fiber and obtain the same results as the HPS program became laughable. How can you possibly hope to cleanse internally if you don't stop consuming food ? Some days during my cleanse I recalled how some of my friends had claimed to have thoroughly cleansed themselves by purchasing some pills, eating normal meals and taking fiber supplements ? The lack of knowledge with regard to internal cleansing by most people is really amazing!

Improvements achieved by 7DW Freedom cleansing:
1. Able to focus more easily and my clarity increased dramatically.
2. Felt a significant increase in my energy levels.
3. Noticed some improvement in my skin texture and nail growth.
4. Some skin rashes that I had for years just vanished.
5. Generally a heightened feeling of inner calm and peace.
6. Better ability to tune into my body's signals.
7. Greater understanding of what my body needs on a daily basis.

Just like everything else in life you only get out what you put in.

I simply followed the directions and was justly rewarded.

I sincerely believe that this program is worth every dollar and more. How can you place a value on a program that provides you with an opportunity to put your health and physical/mental well being first ? How many people do you personally know that spend countless hours and loads of money visting doctors, taking medications, looking for a quick cure in a bottle, and just squandering their ability to enjoy optimal health and well being ? Unfortunately lots of people fall into this category.

I realize that my journey is by no means complete and has only just begun. I intend to complete my journey. Thank you Jos-hua for providing the light and the way. HPS is the only way to cleanse.

Congratulations on completing Level 1. Good to see that you recognize that this is a continual process and that there is so much to be done for your body. It is truly amazing how much gets stuck in the body and doesn't make it out. It only gets more amazing as the journey goes.

How true about cleanses in a box!! I had tried a few before cleansing the HPS way and they do absolutely nothing for a person. A waste of time and money. And the claims that the company makes about their product is false. I'm happy to see that you have found great benefits in every way from completing this cleanse.

I have found the same to be true in regards to other people's lack of understanding when it comes to cleansing.

Education is really the key to having them see the light, and sometimes it takes an individual a while to see it, and some will never see the light. It's great that you saw it, and took advantage

And you're right, there are so many half-baked programs out there.

I personally had done several fairly serious cleanses prior to HPS, so I came here with a pretty good level of experience. So, I really was able to have a very clear perspective after my first HPS cleanse, that this truly is the only path to effective cleansing.

I encourage you Roberto to stay with the post cleanse diet as much as possible, and stay involved with your reading and HPS forum. This will assure your continued momentum, which is critical so as to not give up what you've worked at so hard to get to this point. Believe me, it's worth it.
