Hey everyone

It's time to bring my level 2 to a close and move on to level 3. I had a break of about 8 months between level 1 and 2 and it was quite a long time which allowed for a lot of digression in many areas. So, by the time I started level 2 I knew I was well overdue for this cleanse....my body was offering lots of hints that I needed to start.

The cleanse itself was again pretty easy and bought lots of eliminations each and every day. Despite an unexpected busy schedule during the cleanse I handled the process with relative ease….much easier than the first time around. I hardly suffered any detox effects and felt building strength each day.
After the cleanse I felt a great calmness, strong energy and clarity. I felt much more awareness than after level 1....it was definitely a big step up from the first cleanse… and also I had feelings of well-being which I hadn’t felt for years!!

Since the cleanse I have mostly maintained the above feelings….a few ups and downs but more up than down! I've struggled a little with stubborn cravings….cravings for sweet food....but these cravings are mostly on a mental level.....and that is one area I will endeavor to work on in subsequent cleanses. I realize it’s not going to be easy to crack but with each cleanse it will get easier.

My mouth ulcers have again all but disappeared…..not completely….the odd one comes and goes without much pain….but this is a huge improvement on the past when I used to have up to 10 at a time for up to a week and with considerable pain. I’m sure a couple more cleanses will wipe them out completely.

Thanks again to everyone for their support….it really makes the process easier to have daily encouragement and advice!

This time I'm not going to wait so long before the next cleanse….hopefully I’ll ready for level 3 in about a month and next time I’m hoping to move into a deeper level of mental and spiritual cleansing.

Benjamin, you've made great progress, and I agree those ulcers are on their way out!

Benjamin, everything here seems spot-on...yes you could have started L2 a lot sooner but you did a good job maintaining practices overall, I think, and when you get to Level 3 you will indeed be ready to move into the "deep" stuff...

yes, yes, 7Dw level 3 is geared to all you mentioned, and more.

Pay much attention these next few months to microcosmic orbit practice... you see yourself, most advanced cleansers didn't in that level 2 post-cleanse and now as they advance into their 5th, 6th, or 7th or more cleanse, they still really don't know how to work with energy, awareness grown yes, directing it, well, we never hear much talk in the forums do we... so i say here, use your lev 2 post-cleansing to work daily on microcosmic orbit within all the other practices you have developed here in 7DW level 1 and now 7DW level 2... and watch what happens.

and level 3 to come with its increased depths in many respects...enjoy and develop strong habits and practices in your level 2 post cleanse though as its an important time....may you develop familiarity and routine with the microcosmic orbit...

so then i can read about your experiences and get going on my own practice with more dedication.

What a journey you have had!

I travel to Japan alot for work so could relate to alot about your experiences there (only for a day or 2 at a time so haven't experienced what you have)

I enjoyed reading everything from start to finish, the way you overcame obstacles was amazing. It showed nothing was going to stop you.

Even the fact that you had a break of 8 months between your cleanses reinforced to me that we are all ónly human' and things happen in our lives which sometimes prevent or delay things.

A true testament to you was that you didn't give up all together, you got back into it and continued on your journey.

Your body is a hell of a lot cleaner now and you are reaping the rewards.

You actually make the level 2 cleanse sound like a walk in the park, you didnt seem to experience any distress.

Re the microcosmic orbit.....it's been something on my mind since I finished the cleanse 2 months ago! Since level 2 I've become more and more intent on working with energy and opening up my energy channels......it's been a slow process so far and I'm struggling to incorporate anything into a daily routine....except of course tibs.....which I'm now doing twice a day when I can.
Anyway....I'm doing my best to incorporate some daily qi gong exercises which will work with the microcosmic orbit and I'll keep everyone posted on my progress!

Congrats on taking charge and feeling so good about your health and all you are doing to maintain this positive way of living. It deserves some commending.

You are right that even more issues will dissipate as you continue on cleansing, and much more will rise to surface that for now may be unseen. A unique process for each of us. It's apparent that you have the drive and the experience to keep moving you forward.... I wish you much continued success in your cleansing experiences --

Great to read of the qigong and tibs work, btw, all of which are potently powerful (if everso subtle) when incorporated in your daily routine.
