I am extremely pleased with the cleanse laid out by HPS, the support of fellow members, and the depth of pre and post cleanse information. HPS is not about the quick fix, but rather about teaching one the tools that will enable one to take health into one's own hands. Don't be mistaken though, this is a life-long process and their are many hurdles, gullies, and distractions along the way.

The cleanse is excellently designed, but it does recquire a lot of personal effort (for me it was mostly in the form of cleaning the cleansing tools numerous times each day). I was only hungry a few times during the cleanse and that hunger was always quenched by my juice shakes. I felt unpleasant at times during the cleanse, but no more unpleasant than when I am sick with the flu. This cleanse releases lots of toxins for elimination and as they make their way out you will feel toxic. But I would much rather have illness in my own hands and on my own timetable than never knowing when it will arise.

Since the cleanse I have been awaking earlier and feeling more well-rested. Immediatley following the cleanse I had the best poops of my life for about 10 days (great consistency, minimal to no wiping, little odor, and no smearing). But as I have reintroduced sticky foods and mucous forming foods back into my diet so has my body reintroduced sticky poops to my life. I have a much greater recognition of my body now and I realize how so many of my own problems are just that, problems that I have created, maintained, and feed and also problems that I hav the power to eliminate. May the journey on the road to health continue smoothly.

yep, that's the story, we create em, and we can eliminate them... through practice, study, knowledge and continuous effort we can lead a relatively care-free healthy life for the full duration of our lives.

a good way to put it, i like that. and even if an illness or healing crisis pops up unexpectedly, through this program, you will then have the tools to deal with it properly...

properly as in not denying it, not blaming it on someone or something else, but taking responsibility for it yourself, working with it, learning from it, and transforming it into knowledge and experience and even better health.

Hey Brad, great points in your testamonial. Keep in mind though that "illness on your own terms" is mostly just something you experience in the early cleanses. Healing crises are always possible but of course they arise according to their own schedule...the important point is that you drive this process with your actions, thoughts and feelings, and once you recognize that you have a much greater level of comfort and confidence. And health.
