Hi Everyone!

It's good to be back for another cleanse.

I feel it's time to take things to the next level;
I've had so much help by fellow cleansers and
am ready to go that next step.

I'm happy to be here at hps, it's such a great community,
I was really satisfied with the support on my level 1.

What can I say just that the sky's the limit!
Reading master threads here also I find very
inspirational and motivates me to keep going...

I also intend to stay engaged starting my own practices
like Benjamin and Jos-hua have achieved..all in due time

To feel in control of my health and have that peace of mind is priceless;
and I can achieve that here at hps

Onward and upward!

Yep, you can here.

In fact, here is the beauty of this program, the RESULTS are not limited to an age group.

For example read Perry's introduction to his first MF cleanse posted yesterday.

He is exactly twice you age, yet with the same perspective on life and health in light of following through here at HPS cleansing... I hope to be keeping tabs with you Anthony all the way up to your 50's... as you know now, I am here with you, for you.

Congrats on going on to level 2, and taking that next big step Anthony. It is step by step here at HPS. But since each step has been taken, tried and tested by your fellow cleansers before you, each step is a deliberate, precise and BIG step.

I'm really grateful for the wonderful support and service Jos-hua;
you cannot and do not find this assistance and support anywhere online.

It would be a priviledge to meet you and other cleansers on the program;
you and Benjamin and Alan Dorothea....an all seem so
wise, knowledgeable and interesting aside from polite and friendly...
and just plain fun to be in contact with...

Your right Alan re taking that step, it sure is a big step, each cleanse..
but everything is laid out so well and w/the support here your not left
in a state of confusion and bewilderment.

Hey Dorothea,

It's always good to have your support;
I'm humbled and very thankful for it.

I'm really looking forward to digging into the new materials;
DR's next book especially, seeing how great THSL was!

Lots of new knowledge to be gained always a positive thing and
I'm sure will be a great asset to help and aid others also

I agree Alan's quote is a great summary of the hps program;
and it's a reminder to not get hasty and be patient along the way.

Jos-hua was right on though when he mentioned that the practices become effortless and second nature w/time.

Got some of my L2 materials in place my hul zpr arrived yesterday.

Looking to kick things up a few gears for this next cleanse and beyond.

I know what I've got planned and in place w/Jos-hua's recs for me
from my L1 it should be a smooth transition; especially what with
how well laid out the program is in general.

Going to see about finding a skin brush, loofah also should come in handy
and aid in skin cleansing process.

Many other facets planned for my L2 will tell you about them during
tht time...until then...anticipation

It's great to be a part of this special program; I'm truly priviledged..
sorry for those who are procrastinating or are just plain not
bothered about their health...believe me your missing out...

Hey Dorothea,

Yeah I'm sure looking to kick things into a higher gear..
I feel it's time to and this L2 cleanse should provide just that.

DR's second book arrived today, my first impression was..
whoa, this'll be quite a read and had a lot of depth to it..
upon perusing it seems to go in a bit more depth on some topics(than THSL).

Once my items are in place I'll be able to determine a suitable
date for my formal.
