I have been interested in cleansing and fasting for several years, and had even attempted a week long fast before. Several times, actually. However, I didn't really know how to do it, and I certainly didn't do it well, or effectively.

What I really liked about the 7 Day Wonder Cleanse was the experience built into the fast--things that made it easier and more effective that I would never have thought of.

Unlike my other attempts at fasting, this was quite comfortable the entire time--no debilitating hunger or headaches, and a systematic breaking of the fast.

I didn't have any serious health problems to begin with, but I don't have dandruff anymore, and I lost 12 pounds--and I wasn't really overweight to begin with! I am starting training for my third marathon, and it is nice not to have to lug around excess pounds. My girfriend was actually the one to point out the change--she likes it too.

I have a long time interest in unleashing the body's healing power, and I see multiple fasts as the best way to "get out of the way" of my body's healing processes.

PS. At the beginning, I was not really convinced of the need for the online group support feature, but during my fast, the cleansing community offered several different pieces of advice that made my fast more comfortable. Without them, I probably would have bailed on this fast as well.

Wow! That's really encouraging! I just barely joined, waiting for my board and herbals to arrive and I'm just pshyic-ed to start! I also am interested in healing from within (it just makes sense). Keep up your spirits!
