My life before this level two cleanse was getting pretty dismal.
I had lost touch with a lot of parts of myself. My diet was slipping, drinking and smoking and I was just beginning to take anti-depressants. Being in the natural healtcare industry furthered my angst about having this type of lifestyle.

But here with HPS you get a support ive interactive international group that you can correspond with daily. Videos, audios info upon ifo on food and sources for books and the list is almost endless.
I have so much enjoyed and still do rereading and listening to all the stuff we receive. It is so ultra professional you practically are taking a college level course on nutrition.
But saying all that the fast itself helped me put me and my life back on track. I am eating well, trying to work with my not so great habits, exercising, working on parasites, and myself spiritually.
This program most of all is a real life cleansing for real people .
People who are willing to learn together, one day at a time to take better care of themselves and honor themselves physically, spritually and mentally.
