I am really happy and glad I discovered HPS and that I performed the 7-Day Wonder pre-cleanse and formal.

I lost ten pound at the end of the pre-cleanse...and looking back, I ate a lot during that one week or so.

It's just that I wasn't eating all of the not-so-good things,,,,red meat, grease, cheese, sour cream, and everything in the wrong combinations. I was very impressed by that.

During the 7DW formal cleanse I felt a lot lighter and a bit more aware of my surroundings.
I didn't really get any major headaches or pains or any other discomfort.
I wasn't even hungry with the help of the supplements provided.
I felt great.
And the things that came out of me were really quite impressive.

After the formal cleanse I had lost an additional ten pounds. I immediately gained ten pounds within the first week of ending the formal simply due to going back to my old eating habits...meat and potatoes and drinking beer. Now that I've been on a business trip for the past week and a half or so,,,I'm sure I've gained a lot more.

I only have the excuse that I'm in a hotel room and don't really have access to the healthy stuff, but I know it's not true. It's more a matter of logistics and having to eat with my co workers and that sort of thing. I fully plan on adjusting everything when I get back home on Friday.

I plan on performing the 7DW level 2 cleanse,,,,,,,I hope I make it to that point!

Alan,
Eventhough you did not keep with the food combination, it seems you are more aware of what you are eating now. I think that is the first step in changing your eating habits. It always start with the awareness. I hope that as you go along you use your awareness and then start acting up on it. I wish you good luck.

You can do it, you know you can do it, so lets do it more... more and more... it's a process and you need and must to keep the wheel turning... you can do it... start with updating your post-cleansing thread... we all need to seewhat is going on with you and your life... that's the place to start it... also Andy_M just added a chat to this group, and that might help too... the more you log on the more you can chat with other people doing the same processes you are doing.

Thanks for posting Alan. You certainly aren't the only one who has gained back weight after level 1. I learned the very important lesson that cleansing and becoming more aware of bad habits are so much more important than loosing weight. (Weight loss is a nice side effect, but not the focus of the program.) Slowly and surely if you keep working at what you know to be right, the weight will come off. But, it's a step by step learning process. Use the support group to keep on track. We're here for you.
